But the warmth and truly helpful and caring staff made me feel pampered and cared for as if I’d been an honored relative arriving for a long- anticipated visit. I needed to relax. Your staff (Debbie and Tammy in particular, if I have their names correct ) made that possible, even anticipating my needs. There are times in our lives when we really need some kindness. “My wife and I were just here last weekend for our 6th anniversary of being married. This place was incredible. Everything was completely and utterly perfect. Noise levels were kept quiet by everyone. Staff were extremely helpful and people were friendly in general. Breakfast was awesome and we ate probably more than we should have but everything was delicious. Seriously, try those waffles!! The hot tub with jets in our room was perfect. We had a nice bubble bath with the fireplace going, it was so peaceful and romantic. I really cannot fault the place at all, it was perfect in every way!!! Thank you for a wonderful getaway! The whole town of Ojai was also wonderful. Check out Bart’s Books (outdoor bookstore) while you’re in town, it is amazing! Definitely check out Meditation Mount for those views too (take a blanket and picnic).”
